Just Let Go Weekend and Day Workshops in London
Healing Meditation, Chi Kung, and Chi Yoga
Burgs will be doing a series of workshops this year around the UK. People have been amazed at the deep healing effect of these powerful weekend sessions which skillfully combine the disciplines of Meditation, Yoga and Chi Kung. The day runs as a 10 o"clock arrival for a 10.30 start, and finishes at around 6.00 pm. Almost the entire time is spent in the healing Chi Field allowing tremendous amount of energetic processing, reorganizing and letting go. Whether you just want to come and get plugged in, download the stress and up load the Chi, or whether you are doing this work as part of an ongoing practice of Meditation and healing with Burgs it is a wonderful opportunity to get the body and mind tuned up and plugged in. The work will be a mixture or Sitting meditation, Deep Yoga and Dynamic Body work. Apart from the lunch break it is almost non stop and lively…. Working alternatively to clear out the accumulated mental and emotional stress and release the stagnant blocked and dysfunctional energy from the body. Although this is very deep work it is dynamic and fun at all times. A real chance to give yourselves a Full Spectrum make over.
The Remaining weekend and day dates for this year are:
November 8th-9th: Weekend workshop: Healing meditation and Chi gung.
Making a Reservation
Please Email to reserve a place as Demand for these Workshops is High. For all enquiries please contact enquiries@themetteyyafoundation.com. For bookings please contact bookings@themetteyyafoudation.com. We would ask for payment of 30 pounds a day, preferably sent by cheque when making the booking. Payment will be non-refundable for the days. If this is not possible though you can also pay on the day by cheque, cash, or credit card.
Pricing
The workshops are priced at 30 pounds for the day. 40% of this will go to the special yoga centre to support the work they do with kids. Money for the teachings will be taken by donation at the end of the day, and we would ask all participants to take a moment to reflect on what it is that they are receiving, what its value is, and make a donation having carefully considered this. The most important thing is that it is meaningful to you and in turn reflects your gratitude and appreciation for what you have received, as this donation is in turn an act of merit for you.
We are a non-for-profit organisation, and all teachings are offered on donation only before we cover our cost for the upkeep of The Metteyya Foundation. The teachings given by Burgs are of the highest quality and instruction. They are given freely as we want as many people to come and participate as possible. It was the Buddha himself who said "The gift of the Dharma is the highest gift of all," and your donations keep allowing us to give out the teachings for those who would otherwise not be able to come and attend the days if we did not operate in this way. We thank you for your ongoing support.
