Welcome to The Retreat Bali
The Golden Rock Retreat is a stunning holistic cleansing and rejuvenation centre set by the sea in the shadow of the dormant volcano Mount Agung on the peaceful east coast of the paradise island of Bali.
The Retreat is somewhere you can relax and unwind in a beautiful, private, supportive, healing environment and allow yourself to let go of anything that stands in the way of your optimum health and happiness.
Everything we encourage you to do here is designed to deeply cleanse your body, restore balance to your nervous system and re-energize your entire being.
We provide a full spectrum healing process that aims to uplift you, physically, mentally and spiritually. Our programs integrate deep internal cleansing with modern energetic and physical healing techniques. We combine the latest technical equipment with ancient and traditional therapies. We use yoga, meditation and chi gung to integrate the entire process.
The Retreat
The Retreat rests on the beach of a stunning bay on the eastern tip of Bali. Traditional Balinese fishing skiffs line the shore and across the sea, in the distance, can be seen the volcanoes of Lombok.
